Facilitation

I design and lead in-person and virtual workshops, meetings, and forums that get people talking, thinking, and moving forward together. My role is to ask the right questions, draw out diverse perspectives, and create the conditions for clarity and alignment.

With a background in health and human services and years of experience across government, not-for-profits, and community organisations, I know how to navigate complexity, manage group dynamics, and keep outcomes in focus. Whether it’s a board strategy session, a multi-stakeholder co-design workshop, or a large-scale community conversation, I bring structure, neutrality, and emotional intelligence so groups can engage deeply and make confident decisions.

Whether it’s with five or one hundred participants, my facilitation is always outcome-focused, balancing clear deliverables with space for creativity, connection, and fresh thinking.
